It would be nice to see an estimated value of the property from Zillow & Realtor.com

Thanks for the suggestion! We'd love to do that as well! Unfortunately, there's no easy way to pull that information from Zillow & Realtor. That being said, we've added this to our roadmap and we will try to look into it and see if there's a way we could make it available.
